High Speed Internet
I'm just curious. I'm paying 70 bucks a month for a 20mb internet connection, but whenever I download anything I'm lucky to get a consitent 800kb/sec. Is that what I'm supposed to be getting for my money every month and if so what part of my connection is 20mb?

Have you called Cox support for help? They can check levels, etc to see if you have a problem.
