I am trying to send a group distribution of 390 members for a club I belong to. I copy from an excel spread sheet approximately 90 addresses at a time and try to send. Sometimes it works other times I'm told it is SPAM. Is there a way to do this with out setting up contacts for each of these folks?

Hi, to combat spam, various limits are placed on email, which may include limiting the maximum number of recipients per message and the maximum number of messages per server connection. You may have more success sending smaller numbers of emails and spreading them out over a longer period of time so they are all not going out at the same time, or on the same day. We do not specify a limit because they vary from time to time depending on a variety of factors. The limits are set so that the typical residential user shouldn't be impacted.
