GO ALL DIGITAL
THE BACK OFMY LATEST BILL FROM COX STATES THAT "ESSENTIAL PACKAGE " CHANNELS WILL MOVE TO ALL DIGITAL FORMAT AND REQUIRE THE MINI-BOX CONNECTION. THE MAILER AND WEBSITE APPEAR TO SAY ALL CHANNELS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY ON THE DIGITAL FORMAT CHANGE.

Why all caps? Don't you know that's offensive in an open forum post? Also, this is the Internet forum, I think you want the TV forum.
Both are correct, Essential channels, which are now analog, will move to only digital. Other channels are already digital. So, all channels will only be available in encrypted digital once the conversion is complete, hence the need for a minibox, etc.
