forward e-mail

I cannot forward e-mail as I receive it leaves out pictures and sometimes overlaps the text

Are you by chance using our classic webmail?  This is actually a known limitation of that platform.  If so, you might be better off using an email client of some kind like Outlook Express or Windows Mail as how it will preserve formatting better.
