It is actually intended for Residential services.
In fact, as far as I know the forum registration process requires an @cox.net residential email address, so you'd have to have Residential service first to post a Business-related question here.
Generally, unless it's a basic tech question that applies equally to all services, we forward business issues that come to us on Facebook / Twitter / other channels to a team at the Cox Business National Support Center and they contact the customer.

I have made use of the NSC's support box, but I use that more to send in data for trouble tickets. Let me be clear, I offer unofficial IT support for the community I live in.The community has Cox Business for their office and common area Wifi. I am a Cox Residential customer in that same community. We already have a ticket in and a CB technician scheduled to have a look, I am just making sure to do my homework. :-)
It's too bad Cox Business doesn't have their own forum. Oh well. Thank you for the answer.
