Fix your web site

For over a month now your "My Connection" Data usage meter & Internet Speed Check links are having a back end problem with your database.  I have called and complained once already - only to be told "it's undergoing maintenance", but nothing has changed.  Please check on it.   For the record, the following error happens on 3 laptops & 3 PCs - so it's not my machine. I have also pulled my wireless router out of the path to verify and it's the same.   Please check into this and fix it - I use both services at least weekly to check my connection and my data use.

Most of the threads I have seen on this is not a site problem but an account issue. I think the way it works is a security hand off from ww2.cox.com to the java applet the site uses for the meter, and something is breaking down. Isn't anything they can fix on a broad scale because it isn't something effecting everyone. They would need your specific info. Hopefully a moderator will be able to assist. Good luck.

Thank you for the info Health Edge.

Any mods get a chance to look at this, or do I need to call customer support?

Hi Chuck M,

We can investigate this further, we'll have to create a ticket and have our network engineers check from our end.  Please send an email to cox.help@cox.com with your account information as well as a brief description of the problem.  You can copy and paste the forum post into the email if you like.

@Chuck M

Since I last worked with you it appears you have moved and have a new account with us.  By chance are you still using the primary login for your old account and not your  new one?
