First unstable and now out

I've decent service in the past, better than some, but lately my phone has been terrible and my Internet shaky. Tonight both are out and all circuits are busy when I try to call support. I'm a very tech savvy guy and identifying that it wasn't my router, modem, or DNS was easy. Cox's DHCP even seems to work fine, but no communication to the Internet and no dial tone tonight, plus no help. It's getting frustrating Cox, are you going to fix the services?
