I received a PPSX file from a cox RI friend. Tried to sent it to a local friend, cox HR, and the upload stops before finishing. It is a 9Mb file. Recall that Cox limit was 10 Mb. Please advise

The maximum attachment size is now 20MB actually including all overhead making the effective limit somwhere in the range of 14-16MB. Your upload wouldn't just stop however, it would complete and you would get an alert that you had exceeded the limit. I looked at the modem and see that it's an end of life model as well as there are upstream signal issues being reported which could be affecting your ability to send attachments. It may be time for a technician to come out and determine if there is a signal problem or the modem has simply failed.

Yes, we offer combination modem/router devices in our solutions store. These devices are DOCSIS 3.0 and therefore compatible with the new speeds being offered.
