All you need is the Flash plugin for your favorite browser and a cable tv subscription which includes ESPN. Head to http://espn.go.com/watchespn/ and sign in with your Cox primary userid and password. One thing to note: if you don't subscribe to a participating TV provider, you can't watch live events. Those are ESPN's rules, not Cox.
