Error code 160
I keep getting error code 160 logging into Cox TV from my iPad.
it does not happen every time, but it happens very often. I cannot log in for hours after it occurs
all i can find is that i need to call customer service.
if i wait a few hours, i am able to log in fine.
what is going on?

The 160 error code for TV Connect is a authentication error for the device or IOS version not completing its process to log in. Being its random, I would assume there is packet loss or something randomly effecting it causing it to fail to log in rather then a update, but just to check what is the IOS or Android version of the device you are using to connect?
