When I try to access my webmail, the screen says the server is unavailable. How long before the problem is fixed?

When I try mine I don't appear to have any problems. Is this happening on multiple devices and are any other websites experiencing problems?

I can view emails from my phone but not from my desktop using Webmail.

No other web sites appear to be affected.

I get the server downtime message on every browser I use - Chrome, IE, and Firefox. All other site that I normally access are working just fine. I can retrieve my email messages from my iPhone.

I cleared the cache, closed & re-opened the browser, and still the same message.
I get the same message on three different browsers - IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
My desktop is a wired connection; my phone is wireless.
(I am clriche; I could not post to the forum without setting up a new ID).
