My email does not show any of the emails I have sent. Also, my email times out constantly I have to logout and log back in. What to do?

Hi Nance, are you using Cox Web Mail on our web site, or another third-party email program?

Sounds like your using webmail. By default, webmail doesn't save your outgoing messages. See here how to enable.

As for timeout, thats a security precaution so someone couldn't open a browser window after you closed it and sign into your account automatically. It's nothing broken.
