Email

Hi DRG,

How are you accessing your email? Is it via WebMail or a desktop client such as Outlook?

Using.....Incredimail 2..... now and would like to switch to Cox Webmail. Does anyone know how to do it? Looked and can't find any information that shows how it's done. Can't go to internet options because Cox Webmail is not on the list to click on as the new default email. Anyone know? Thanks.

You can start using Cox WebMail immediately by going to http://webmail.cox.com. Once there, bookmark the page and use that each time you want to check your mail. Keep in mind however that while you will be able to import your contacts, any mail messages currently in your Incredimail inbox will remain there and cannot be imported to WebMail.

In addition to this, before you sign in, you will see two radio bubbles under the log in boxes.  If you click the one for enhanced webmail, you will be able to use the java based version of our webmail.  If you have a contact added to your address book, it will populate a similar address when you start typing in the "to:" field.  This should assist with the original inquiry.
