Email still erratic - will it ever get fixed?

Question

I know this is a redundant email but once again in the AM hours, the IMAP server starts shooting off error message related to timeouts.  Started in mid-November in Southern Cal/Arizona.  I really feel good that the Forum moderators continue telling us that this issue is under study.

Hi duhmel, this issue is still being investigated, and I know it seems like there is no progress, however, we are working towards a resolution. Since we already have a thread open for the issue I'm locking this one.
