email security to open email
I'm on vacation in Mexico. Everytime I try to open email I have to answer two or three security to see my email. Why ?

What you've encountered is an extra layer of security on Cox.com that provides real-time protection against identity theft, data breaches, and fraud. The extra layer of security is triggered when a customer outside of the United States tries to log in to Cox.com.
Are you able to access your email after answering the security questions?
