At the end of November, I will be moving back to WV to help take care of my parents, and Cox is not available in my are. I've come to terms with the fact that I will have to pay an ETF, but how do I find out how much it will be. I think I am in a 2-year contract, but lately I have seen commercials stating that Cox does not do 2-year contracts like DirecTV does, so I am a bit confused. If I am in a 2-year contract, I will have fulfilled 1 year of service. Any help would be appreciated.

Early termination fees are prorated therefore the best way to determine this is to speak with your local account services department.
