DVR programs not loading

Trying to play back our recorded shows and the loading...please wait box comes up and does not leave until the box pops up to reference 2.1.2.2

Hi Federerfan,

Are you experiencing this issue on all recordings? Do you get this message when you try to play back on your main DVR box or a client receiver? When this occurs, do you see the house icon on the front panel of the DVR?
