Download Speeds far below advertised(upload speeds goods)

Hey 

I have noticed since the Ultimate Tier in my area was increased to 300 Mbps(from 150) I have not been getting any where near that... I am consistently hitting ~94 Mbps  every speed test I have ran... (router removed/or in place it isn't my network same speed). I could understand a slow down at peak hours but I am consistently  regardless of the time(1 am is the same as 7 am or 9 pm) 94 Mbps.(when I had moved in I originally saw speeds around 130-150, before I was told they had increased my speeds to 300). Upload Appears to be fine
