Downgrade Internet Service
I'm paying way too much for internet services and would like to down grade to a cheaper one. Ideally I would like to complete change service providers but I don't want to pay any fees since I had a promotional offer. Is it possible to downgrade to a lower internet without incurring any service charges or penalties?
