DOCSIS 2.0 to DOCSIS 3.0
I recently upgraded from an older SB modem (DOCSIS 2.0) To a new DPC-3010 from Cisco. The device provisioned ok and is transferring data but at an alarmingly low speed (1mbps at best) I've swapped out routers and went direct to a PC with no result. Anyone know of any firmware updates and or issues with the DPC-3010? The help desk wasn't a lot of help, they just wanted to roll a truck.

It appears your modem is already running the most up to date firmware. If you're still having issues a service call would likely be the most effective next step towards resolution.
