DNS drops

Hello, I am sure this has been discussed already but I am having consist DNS issue and the internet is always dropping off. Most of my home is in some sort of school - high school or on line advance degree programs and the consent internet drops are killing us!!

I took a look from here and the transmit power levels being reported by the modem are well outside of specification.  Are there any splitters on the cable lines you could try bypassing to see if that helps?

I took it off a secondary hub in the house distro panel and added it to the main hub hopefully that will help to increase the levels if not do I need an amp?

How do you know they are DNS issues? Any errors or logs? 

And what do you mean most of your home is a school? Do you have regular Cox internet? Or do you get your internet from the school?

The signals are still looking pretty bad.  Ideally I'd suggesting finding a way to not have to connect the modem to the distribution panel.  In many homes like that you can split the main feed sending one output to the panel and the other to the modem.
