Digital box

I recently received the all Digital converter box, which I'm told ensures crystal clear digital channels. Well I have the limited basic pkg, which is basically the 3 major networks, and some neighboring "local" cities channels. After connecting the "Digital "maestro" boxes to both HD tvs, living room tv gets zero channels and bedroom tv gets 1!

Is this happening to anyone else? Why is it happening to me ] Haven't I suffered enough by needing to downsize to the LIMITED BASIC pkg?! LOL.
