Data caps

How come cox doesn't advertise their awesome data caps in their description of service? It's pretty clear as to what speed you pay for but where is the cap mentioned?  How would the average consumer know they are dealing with an ISP that invokes a data cap  if most ISPs do not cap data plans and therefore would not look for this as a reason to or not to choose this service.  Most consumers only associate data caps with mobile plans.  Hence ATT selling their 2Gb plan or T-Mobile a 10Gb etc.  Yet cox hides this because they know this is a negative selling point. And the more people begin to ditch cable TV for online programming, data usage will keep climbing  and more people will begin to be charged for using their internet. Please own up to why your data cap is only referenced as a vague web address at the bottom and is not even a link.
