Cox webmail and email in Outlook

For the past five weeks I have experienced constant problems with email and webmail.  I have been a Cox customer for over 16 years and I am so frustrated that I am considering dropping all COX services.  I have been on the phone at least 2 times a week trying to get someone to help me understand what the problems are.  I have followed all of the instructions, read all of the posts on what to do and still I have email bouncing back, I can't send or receive emails and I am missing emails.  I use my cox account for my business and I am losing valuable business because I am not receiving nor answering emails in a timely fashion.  I have created GMAIL accounts and have my clients sending emails to my gmail so that I can actually read and respond.  This has caused endless hours of waiting on the line with tech support and I still have NEVER received a straight answer.  I am still required to pay my bill though - which is completely ridiculous because I am not receiving the service I am paying for!!!  

CAN someone please give me and the countless others who are having these problems a reason to stay with COX???

Let me look at this for you. Are you having problems when sending and receiving using webmail or with an email client (like Outlook) or both? Are all Cox email addresses affected?

File a complaint with the FCC - the only way you will get Cox's attention.
