Cox TV Starter VS Expanded Service
Why do I need to pay for both of these when the Expanded Service already includes everything in the Cox TV Starter? This makes no sense! I haven't been able to contact anyone but I hope I can cancel one of these services.

Expanded service is only for the channels not included with starter. Starters is a prerequisite for Expanded and both together consitute Basic.

Why can't I just get the expanded service? I never watch channels 1-20...I really wish this was an option.
