Has any one actually reached a real person using the Cox Telephone Support line 1-888-952-3278 or is it a permanent "We're Sorry....All of our Techs are currently busy....Please call back later....Thank You". Click! ?

Hello, I've just dialed this number during billing hours and the call went through to a billing representative. I did enter my phone number associated with the account, and after that is when I was able to get a billing agent on the phone. Has this been a recent occurrence during billing hours?
