I am very concerned that Cox is behind on today's technology. Cox is currently the only major provider that doesn't support the EPIX app, for Xbox 360. There are many more apps, for Xbox 360 and Smart TV's, not supported. I am afraid that Cox will not support the new Xbox One technology. I have been a Cox customer for seventeen years and will have chose a new provider; if this is the case. On the business side of your service, Cox announced early this year it would be providing SIP trunks. Our Company is a provider of business phone systems and networks. I have made several inquires about SIP trunks and pricing. I have not received much information. Most of the time when I call I get this response, " I have never heard of SIP". I have had to go to different SIP providers, to get the services my clients require.

I can put in a programming request for Epix for you. They charge us carriage fees to provide these services to different platforms such as the xbox and smart TV's so we have to carefully weigh the demand against the additional cost these services would add to the customer's bill. As for the SIP trunks I believe our business services offers those but you would be better off speaking to them directly.

This is what I was told, over a year ago. I called the business office about SIP trunks. Do have a number?
