How do I make the TV volume default when using the Cox URC-8820-MOTO?

You can lock the Volume buttons to any device option on the remote. Here are the steps.
1. Press and Release the device button you wish to program.
2. Press and HOLD MUTE + SELECT simultaneously until that button blinks twice, then release both keys.
3. Press and release the VOL + button.
4. Press and Release the device button you wish to program.
