Cox refuses to even consider problem with my service is on their end. Will someone PLEASE help me!
For *WEEKS* I have had internet connections problems.
I was told through this online chat that the problem was my wireless router. Well I disconnected my router and plugged directly into the cable modem and STILL have the failures. I also now have logs from the internet router itself, logs I have emailed to Cox, showing that the problem is with Cox's service, NOT my router. (See below)
I was told in an email "you should have a response within 1 business day." I've still not received an answer.
I've called, I've emailed, can someone PLEASE help me without charging me $100+ (as I was told a service call would cost)?
Will someone PLEASE help me.
