Cox minibox problem
I am trying to activate my minibox and I have been on and off the phone with support a few times tonight. They have now told me they think my boxes(2) are bad. I don't belive so as I would find it hard to believe I received two bad boxes on the same day (today) I did notice my account says
According to our records, you have no Cox-provided equipment linked to your account.
I clearly do as i have two new mini boxes I received today.
I get the code m5.1.1 when I do a self test
Any help is appreciated

Sounds like the boxes you have aren't on your account. They may still be assigned to the warehouse they shipped from. If it's a issue, you can ask to swap yours out for new ones they will have available at a store.

I did talk to someone and they said they would add it but that was over 24 hours ago. It still shows "no equipment"
