I know with the Cox Business email at work you can't have one client set up for IMAP and one set up for POP3 for the same email address. Is this also true with Residential and the new IMAP server? I am asking protectively so I make sure to check for that when people are having Cox IMAP issues. Thanks :-)

Trikein, just for test purposes a few weeks ago, I had previously set up IMAP and POP3 for the same account on the same computer using MS Outlook 2010. It seemed to work fine without any issues.

Interesting. I wonder what is different then between Residential IMAP and Business IMAP. I mean how is it different in relation to this? Could this have anything to do with the Mac Mail IMAP issue? And thanks for the info.
