Cox charges me $782.53

About 3 years ago when I was signing with Cox, I was promised that when situation happens, like I have to move, I just need to early notify Cox to terminate the contract.  Now, such thing does happen; I have to move a place that Cox cannot continue providing internet services, and I request to discontinue the service, Cox charges me $782.53 for early termination.

I called a couple of times, explaining to Cox.  Cox seems to tell me contradictory things, due to talking to different representatives at different times.  First, they said no, the fine will impose, then, they said it's ok, and then, they said no gain.

I just write something here to prove that I have done whatever I can; also, make it clear, I will not pay the ridiculous penalty fees.
