Cox channel 1008

is there a reason why channel 1008 NBC doesn't work sometimes? I don't watch it that often but have noticed it losing the ability to watch anything at 7:00 PM on Tuesdays (at least the past two weeks) and Thursday- it worked last night but didn't the previous two weeks. Channel 8 worked for the programs but not 1008. No other stations have this issue.
