Contour TV outside my home network
Can anyone explain to me why when I leave my home network, the Contour app won't work? It'll take me to the Live TV listings, but if I try and watch one on my cell or laptop, it states I have to be on my home network. I want to watch it on the road via my cell phone provider on my phone and laptop. Why would I want to watch it only on my home network when I have 55" TVs I can watch TV on??? Thanks.

Go to menu then select all listings, then filter and select available out of home. That will just bring up listing your can watch when not on home network.

Thanks, Jonathan. I think that worked. Definitely will find out tomorrow. You answered in a minute what two other Cox techs couldn't in a chat twice. Thank you again. Chris
