Contour HD auto tune failure

I have seen a few posts on the absence of the HD auto tune with Contour and this is a complete joke that it has not been rectified yet.  Contour has taken a step backwards by dropping this.  When we will see this available?  I have seen the question asked back in January and it has still not been fixed.  Come on Cox, lets get on the ball here.  I am tired of walking by watching my kids watch a blurry Disney on a $2000 TV.  No one, except a savvy tech geek like myself pays attention to the small yellow triangle that offers to go to the HD station (another point that the triangle only shows up on 90% of the SD that have HD options).Give me a date please as to when this will be fixed or why it is not!
