contour app does not connect through Chrome on Win 7

When I go to https://watchtv.cox.com/ I get a time out before going to websiite.  I am using Win 7 but have had success using android and Win 10. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and what can I do to access the contour app?  I subscribe to the cox flex streaming.
