Hello Friends I'am Hopeing someone Can Shed Some Light On This Subject I Was Recently was Informed by A Cox Rep in the Rhode Island Area that the Cotour Guide is Getting a Major Software Update Very Soon Could You Please Tell Me What This Softweare Update Will Intale I would Love To See More Icons To Chose From When U Are setting up You Personal User name on The Contor Guide Perhaps xmas Tree For Xmas Mabye a Pumpkin For Hallowen So If Someone could please Out Thire Could Please me when the Softweare Update For The Contour Gude Will Be Taking place and what new Features will be added to the Contour Guide once This Softweare update takes Place

Your information is correct! The Contour Guide will be receiving an update soon. We are releasing the update in a few markets at a time and hope to have the update completed on all Contour receivers by the end of May.
The update will include enhancements to the Closed Caption menu, series recording options, set-up options (like new and animated icons), a completely new music experience, and much more! We'll try to provide more information as soon as we receive the details.
