Commercials interrupting programs
In Louisiana Cox commercials are breaking into the programs in progress on Fox channel 42. The commercials are not timed to play in the right frame.

If you see this continuing to occur you may email cox.help@cox.com with the channel number affected, date/time of occurance, the commercial, and the show affected. This can be used to research the issue further and make any necessary corrections.

YES THEY ARE AND NO ONE IS ADDRESSING THIS PROBLEM> IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE NOV 1st and Cox is not fixing it. They are causing it! READY TO CHANGE.

Same problem here in Baton Rouge on Cox 42...
These Cox commercials pop up randomly, interrupting live programing. It's extremely annoying!
One such occurrence was today, 11/07/12 at 3:20PM CST.
It's so totally aggravating, that I'm tempted to cancel my entire Cox package if it isn't corrected!!!

This has been happening in Phoenix for many months, especially on Comedy Central. If anybody from Cox HQ reads this, it happens every day on Comedy Central - ch. 1051, during The Daily show & The Colbert Report, 12:00 AM-1:00 AM. Just watch it or DVR it and you will see. There have been numerous complaints about this issue on the forums for many months now and there has been no apparent fix to this problem. This really doesn't seem like it would be a difficult problem to solve; I am more inclined to believe that you don't care.
