Combining Services
If I am moving in with someone who also has cox internet and cable tv, are we able to combine the accounts? Or, are we able to cancel one of our accounts without any additional fees?

There's not really a way to combine accounts, but there would only be any fee for cancellation if both of you have the Price Lock Guarantee on your accounts which have an early termination fee. If one or the other of you do not, just close the account that doesn't.
