Codes for linking universal remote not working

Sadly, we do not support universal third party remotes with our Contour boxes and do not have any additional codes that may or may not work with our cable boxes. I would suggest checking Bose support and their forums to see if they have a generic code that does work.

On your Bose universal remote, try using the code for Comcast (1355) or Xfinity (8096) as the Cox Contour 2 cable boxes are really just rebranded Comcast Xfinity hardware.  Please post back if this works.
