Closed Caption Doesn't Work On SyFy Channel

Yes, I have CC working on other channels, however, my sample for CC on the Syfy channel was based on my DVR recordings of 'The Colony' and 'The Magicians'. I watched 'The Colony' serveral months ago and 'The Magicians' yesterday. Both advertised CC, but no CC when played back. I think my sample was too small. I just switched to the Syfy channel and CC is working on the Twilight Zone. I also just recorded that episode of Twilight Zone and it plays back with CC working. So it looks like my CC problem on the Syfy channel is with some of the broadcast programs. Either they have incompatible CC or there is no CC even though they advertise CC. This doesn't appear to be a Cox problem after all. Thank you, Mike
