Cisco DPC3825, How to connect external memory via USB
Can I connect an external hard drive or flash memory to this modem/router and if so how do I access it from my pc? I don't see my usb memory

The USB host port on these devices is not enabled. These devices are sold with the purpose of being a simplified home networking solution for the novice user that doens't need a lot of features which they may or may not find confusing. If you require a router with the ability to attach storage this may not be the right device for your needs.

Is it possible to enable it myself . Or I can connect a router with USB to this modem.

The feature cannot be enabled to the best of my knowledge. You can add a router of your own although that will most definitely complicate your setup.
