Hello,
I am new to the forum and not very knowledgeable about cable modem. I just installed a new Cisco DIPC 3010 and have a premiere plan in Topeka, KS. Only the power and US lights are green, the others are yellow. I understand from reading around that this means that the modem is not working in multi channel bonding mode for the download stream, which seems to be confirmed by the modem status screen (as well as the poor DL speed I experience):
I tried to call tech support twice but both reps had no idea what I was talking about. They refused to let me talk to a level 2 technician.
Is there some configuration that can be done to make this modem work as expected? WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THAT AT COX?
Thank you for any help you may provide!
Gianfranco

According to information that I got from the DSLReports Cox forum, this chart indicates that the modem is indeed bonding. However:
1. Status light for DS remains yellow
2. Performance remain poor (very inconsistent download speed, peaks at 36 Mbps to drop within seconds to 1.5!)
Thank you for any help you can provide!

The status page data you posted does indeed indicate the modem is bonding downstream. Are you sure it's not the US or Link light that's yellow?
