Cisco 9865HDC Dual Outputs
Is it possible to use the HDMI and YPbPr outputs simultaneously? If not, how can you switch between using one or the other?

I would first try disconnecting the component connectors and use HDMI to connect to the TV and make sure that works as normal. That will rule out a HDMI wire issue, or problem with the port (TV or box).
Its possible the cable box is detecting the component out and disabling the HDMI. If your getting good picture via HDMI, with the TV on and running, try connecting the component. If the HDMI turns off as soon as you connect the component, then there is probably some setting in the video output section that needs to be adjusted.

You can use multiple outputs and you would just change the input on the TV. This setup will only give you the same picture and sound on each input. Is there something specific you are trying to accomplish with your setup?

Thank you for the quick response, Stephanie. My plan is to connect the HDMI output to my TV, and the YPbPR output to a Slingbox. However, I am only getting a signal on the YPbPR output. There is no signal on the HDMI output. Is there a setting I need to make both active?

Thank you Health Edge. It worked. I disconnected the component connectors on the cable box and that caused the HDMI port to start working. I then reconnected the component cables and now they both work. I now have component output to my Slingbox and HDMI output to my TV.
