Cisco 8642 Trio issue (guides out of whack)
My DVR List and Program Guide are no longer showing full screen (they are on the left hand side of the screen, and cut off on the right side). It was set to 1080i output, but now I can't confirm because when I press setting (the Cox button), I only get a sliver of the settings screen.
Initially the program guide wouldn't come up at all. I unplugged and powered it back on, got the program guide back, but with the problems above.
Am I able to swap these at the nearest Cox center, or does a tech have to come up to do this?

I too am having the same issue. All the menus are pushed to the side. The clock that is normally physically present on the box is not fuctioning however when it does appear, it does not show the correct time. For example, right now it shows it as 10:03 but it is actually 7:24.
When the box is on, sometimes it say "dUR". I am not certain if this is an error code or not.

I was told last night that a problem of this nature had been confirmed and resolved. A power cycle of the equipment should correct it at this point.

Chris, your info was right. Rebooted our 3 boxes and all are working (at the moment). Were there any software changes that caused the three and one-half day problem? It would be nice to know what they are pushing to our expensive systems. Will wait for the promised compensation.
