Channel line-up alphabetical

Hi, our channels are grouped by tiers or packs, we do not have a channel line-up in alphabetical order.  The easiest way is to hit the guide button and then scroll up or down. The first column gives you the channel names. I hope that helps. have a nice evening.  -Steff

Go to http://www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox . Make sure you select the lineup for your area. In the "channel" column, change "Sort by Number" to "Sort by Name." Wait for it...There! Your channels are now sorted alphabetically.
