Can't get to my cable!! HELP

Question

Hi there, I have a west wing tv and I am having trouble turning on my cable. The input is on HDMI 1, The cable box is on and when i go to try and press guide (as I usually do ) and it usually brings up the shows and everything, it just keeps saying 'No Signal' Idk what to do or even how to fix it! I've tried the different inputs and still nothing :(

Hi, try a different HDMI input on the TV set and change the input on the TV settings using the TV's menu. You could also try a different HDMI cable.

I've never heard of a 'west wing' TV. What is it's model number? What cable box are you using?
