Cannot connect

I cannot connect my new Surface to my Netgear Router. and  the routerlogin in site redirects me. Even if I type in 192.168.0.1 or ay of  the other IPs, none work.  Anyone, anyone, Buehler, Buehler?

What kind of netgear router do you have? Do you have a CG3000D ?

Depending on the model of the router the default IP address can change or be changed once logged into to manage the router. Knowing what model Netgear router you are using will give us a starting point.
