Can I keep my Cox email if I am no longer using Cox cable?

If we move, can we keep the cox.net email address for a while, or does it vanish as soon as we terminate the Cox cable services?

Short answer is no.

Cox used to offer a $10/month option to keep email only, but no longer.

@Mevanoff, we do not currently offer email only accounts though we did in the past. Your email will still be active on the old account for 90 days after service is disconnected, if it is not transferred to another Cox account at that point the account would be removed.
