Can I add channels online?
Is it possible to change my service from the Cox Website? I work weird hours so 9-5 is difficult for me. Can I just add to my service by changing it online? I cant seem to figure it out.

The website is only setup for new sales, service changes aren't possible at this time. Sales is usually available outside the traditional 9-5 hours.
